Progressive No Lined Multifocal:
Clariti offers 2 type of Progressive Lens Designs
1. Traditional Progressive Multifocal
2. Premium Progressive Multifocal
Prescription lenses can be put in any frame that is compatible with your prescription and lens selections. Prescriptions must be valid and within 12 months of exam date unless specified differently by prescribing doctor. In some cases measurements are required and we will either digitally retrieve them or partner with you to get measurements. Once order is placed and processed our Optician will contact you for confirmation within 24 hours.
Upload all Prescriptions to Optician@Claritieyecare.com . Please include patients name and order number in subject. Be sure to have visible patients name, RX powers, RX date, and doctors name on the upload to avoid any additional delays
